For bookings over 3 months in advance must meet minimum spend of $700 plus Travel and Early Start Fee. Touch up service not included.

No booking will be honoured without a deposit. To secure a bridal booking a payment receipt provided by your bank is required as proof of payment.
Deposit cannot be refunded, redeemed or transferred

Deposits are not refundable or transferable
Once your deposit is made, any cancellation of clients within the group will not alter the final payment.
In the unforeseen circumstance where the artist Ngoc Nguyen (Made Beautiful Hair and Makeup) had to cancel the appointment due to serious emergency matters, a capable artists will be offered to assist due to availability or a full deposit refund will apply.

In the unfortunate circumstance the bride/client or salon is in COVID LOCKDOWN orders by the Government orders where the wedding cannot be upheld, only then will a credit note will be issued to the client. Credit note are valid for 1 year from the initial booking.
In the event where the bride has to reschedule her wedding the deposit can be used for the new date subject to availability.

Client are required to provide convenient parking facility for the stylist(s). If you are unable to do so, you are required to reimburse all fees in cash or via bank transfer on the same day in relation to the parking costs.
Valet parking is required for CBD hotel locations.

A change of time or location for the wedding day appointment may be refused if the stylists are not available. Cancellation policy may apply*

Cash payment must be finalised before we commence work
Bank transfer must be made 5 working days prior to wedding day, with a receipt emailed as proof of payment.

Made Beautiful Hair and Makeup reserves the right to take photographs or record the makeup application process upon consent approved by the client.
Such photograph and footage may be used for social media and/or promotional content
